Course Overview:
This comprehensive 8-week training program (split into two 4-week phases) is designed to enhance your ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and execute projects efficiently. Gain invaluable skills in areas such as board governance, nonprofit marketing, financial management, and fundraising.

Payment Options:

• $150 per phase (Phase 1: Management and Phase 2: Financial)
• $285 for both phases (that is around $36 per class)

Program Schedule:

Phase 1 (Management):

• Week 1: Board Governance (Feb 4th)
• Week 2: Project Management (Feb 11th)
• Week 3: Nonprofit Marketing (Feb 18th)
• Week 4: Program Development (Feb 25th)

Phase 2 (Financial):

• Week 1: Budget/Financial Management (March 4th)
• Week 2: Corporate Giving Proposal Writing (March 11th)
• Week 3: Nonprofit Grant Writing (March 18th)
• Week 4: Fundraising Basics (March 25th)

Certification and Career Advancement:
Participants will earn a certificate upon completing both phases. The program also provides the opportunity to meet apprenticeship requirements for those pursuing a career in the nonprofit sector.
