Is this a foreign company? There is just no information.

This was advertised on tv this morning, but it seems that there just isn't enough information to know what is going on. It must be new and I would like to know if it is a foreign (China) company.

As noted in the television reporting, GreensboroArtsHub was created by a website developer living in Greensboro, N.C.
