Tiffany Jacobs, former NC Apprenticeship Coordinator, now serves as the Executive Director at The Forge Greensboro and is a Board Member at TAB Arts Center. Known for her leadership in workforce development, DEI advocacy, and community impact, she has successfully led initiatives to close the skills and equity gaps across the Piedmont Triad. Tiffany’s efforts have been recognized with the Triad Business Journal’s Outstanding Women in Business and Leaders in Diversity awards.
