The Bellemeade Street parking deck sits at the corner of Bellemeade and North Greene streets. There are one or two entrances and one or two exits on Greene Street (depending on traffic volume throughout the day) and one entrance and one exit on Elm Street.

One of the Greene Street exits is attended from 7:30 am to 7 pm Mondays through Thursdays, and 7:30 am until 6 pm on Fridays.

Payments are taken at the entrance to the deck. Payments can be made with $1 bills, $1 coins and quarters. Exact change is required at the machines; no change is given. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

• First hour is free
• Free after 6 pm entry until 9 pm
• After 9 pm entry, rate is $2
• During Tanger Center events and the NC Folk Festival, fee is $10 on entry.
