    Arts and Wellness - Healing Trauma through Creativity

    First Series: Wednesdays, January - 8, 15, 22, 29

    Second Series: Wednesdays, February 5, 12, 19, 26

    Third Series: Wednesdays, March 5, 12, 19, 26

    1:00 - 3:00PM

    Participants will have the opportunity to explore the impact traumatic events have had on their lives through creative art making and open discussion. $110 per 4-week session. All supplies included.
